Partner & Alliance Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner & Alliance Manager based in United Kingdom.

As Partner & Alliance Manager, you will drive the development of strategic partnerships and alliances across key markets. You will build relationships with senior executives across enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, and B2B software organizations. The role combines partner recruitment, ecosystem development, joint go-to-market initiatives, and commercial growth. You will identify new opportunities, develop partner programs, and connect external partners with internal Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams. A key focus will be expanding strategic technology and consulting relationships while creating repeatable processes for partner activation and engagement. This is an independent, cross-functional role with significant responsibility for turning partnerships into measurable business opportunities and long-term commercial value.

Accountabilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain strategic partner relationships across key markets.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior partner, business, and ecosystem executives.
  • Develop and coordinate strategic technology partnerships, including relevant partner programs, joint initiatives, and ecosystem activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and activate new strategic alliance opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with global and regional consulting firms, technology companies, and other ecosystem organizations.
  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the ecosystem.
  • Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, demand-generation initiatives, and other collaborative commercial programs.
  • Identify and leverage partner programs, funding opportunities, certifications, and broader ecosystem resources.
  • Connect partners with relevant Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to accelerate collaboration and opportunities.
  • Support partner-generated and partner-influenced sales opportunities throughout the commercial process.
  • Establish repeatable processes for partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Track partner activities, pipeline opportunities, engagement levels, and commercial results.
  • Continuously identify ways to increase partner contribution, market reach, and business impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
