About Us
eSynergy are looking for an experienced Partner Alliances Consultant to join us on an initial 3–6 month contract, working three days per week.
Role Overview
Working closely with our Partnerships Manager, you’ll provide strategic guidance, coaching and hands-on support to help mature and scale our partner ecosystem across AWS, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other emerging technology partners.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and developed technology partnerships within consulting, professional services or technology organisations and enjoys helping businesses establish best practice partnership models.
Responsibilities
- Assess the maturity of our current partner ecosystem and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop clear growth plans and progression pathways for strategic technology partners.
- Advise on partner programme requirements, certifications, competencies and tier progression.
- Help maximise partner benefits, funding opportunities and co-sell engagement.
- Support the day-to-day execution of partnership plans, including lead handover, pipeline tracking and partner enablement.
- Build and strengthen relationships across strategic technology partners.
- Establish executive, commercial and technical stakeholder connections within partner organisations.
- Prepare for partner business reviews, planning sessions and strategic meetings.
- Review partner pipeline, deal registrations and partner-attributed revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define meaningful partnership KPIs and establish reporting frameworks.
- Coach and mentor our Partnerships Manager, helping to develop capability and confidence.
- Support the creation of internal partner processes, certification programmes and operating models.
- Identify opportunities for joint go-to-market activity, customer success stories and increased market visibility.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on ecosystem growth and future investment priorities.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing strategic technology alliances and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with partners such as AWS, Databricks, Microsoft, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic, Snowflake or similar.
- Strong understanding of partner programme structures, certifications, competencies and co-sell motions.
- Experience working within a consultancy, professional services, systems integrator or technology organisation.
- Demonstrable success building partnerships from early-stage relationships through to mature strategic programmes.
- Experience coaching or mentoring partnership professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience securing partner funding and joint go-to-market investment.
- Knowledge of cloud consumption models and partner revenue attribution.
- Experience implementing partner governance, reporting and operational frameworks.
