Following a record-breaking year of growth, we're looking for an experienced Partner Alliances Manager to help shape and grow esynergy's strategic technology partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building partnerships from the ground up. You'll play a key role in expanding our relationships with AWS and Anthropic, creating new opportunities, generating pipeline, and helping drive commercial growth.

Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams, you'll become the go-to person for partner engagement, ensuring esynergy is visible, trusted, and well positioned within our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities: 🌟

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships across AWS and Anthropic.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner sales teams, solution architects, and leadership.
  • Generate qualified opportunities by identifying and developing co-sell opportunities with partners.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, events, and in-person collaboration.
  • Manage partner programmes, certifications, and progression through partner tiers.
  • Act as the internal expert on partner funding programmes and incentives, helping our sales teams maximize available funding.
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately tracked through HubSpot and partner portals.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop joint go-to-market plans and partnership strategies.

Requirements: ✔️

  • Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships within a consulting, professional services, or technology business.
  • Strong knowledge and connections at AWS and Anthropic.
  • Experience working with partner programmes, co-sell motions, and partner funding initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate partnerships into sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing CRM data and reporting.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
