Myn runs a self-employed Recruitment Partner model, powered by an AI-driven CRM and automation platform. We're looking for someone to lead attraction and content for our partner community, getting the right people in front of Myn rather than chasing them down a phone line.
This isn't a recruitment role. There's no interviewing, no cold-calling candidates. It's a marketing-led role: your job is to create content and campaigns that bring potential partners to us, then manage the pipeline that follows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Building and running organic social campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels to drive potential partners to our landing page.
- Creating content, posts, and direct outreach that speaks to different partner personas.
- Managing and reporting on the pipeline, tracking application volumes, conversion, and what's working.
- Supporting our quarterly partner events, helping arrange them, gather attendees, and communicate out.
- Getting involved in occasional events and activation, representing Myn face-to-face where needed.
What you'll have
- A track record in attraction or growth marketing. You can point to campaigns you've built that brought people in.
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn experience; comfort on other platforms such as Instagram is a genuine advantage.

- Recruitment or advertising sector experience is helpful but not essential.
- Comfort working independently on a contract basis, with the pace and ownership that comes with it.
