Partner (Remote) – Executive Search
Job Title: Partner – Executive Search
Salary Range: £100,000–£120,000 base + performance-related earnings
Location / Working Model: Remote | UK or US | International client base
We are working with an ambitious, private-equity-backed executive search organisation that is building a technology-enabled platform for senior talent advisory. With an established portfolio of major international clients and a growing presence across the US, Europe, UK, and APAC, the business partners with organisations on senior leadership appointments across multiple functions and sectors. You’ll join a genuinely distributed team, supported by dedicated research and delivery specialists, sophisticated technology, and AI-enabled processes. The organisation has a clear growth agenda, with plans to significantly increase revenue and headcount while expanding into complementary talent services and pursuing further acquisition opportunities.

Role Highlights
- Win and lead retained executive search mandates with senior-level clients.
- Build long-term relationships across sectors including manufacturing, consumer, technology, energy, infrastructure, sport, media, and private equity-backed businesses.
- Develop existing accounts by identifying broader leadership and talent requirements.
- Partner with an established research and delivery function to execute assignments without carrying the full delivery burden.
- Contribute to the continued international growth of the business, with particular opportunity across the US and Central Europe.
You Will Need
- Proven success selling and delivering retained executive search, ideally at Partner, Director, or equivalent level.
- A strong network of senior decision-makers and the ability to originate meaningful new business.
- Experience operating internationally, with exposure to the US and/or European markets highly desirable.
- Credibility working across senior leadership, C-suite, board, or specialist executive appointments.
- A commercially minded approach, with the ambition to build your own client portfolio within an established platform.
