Join Us as a Partner Business Manager - Production Print
As our next Partner Business Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Partner Account Managers (PAMs) leading the sale of PP & IP Hardware, Software, and Solutions into the Indirect Partner Channel. This role requires the individual to scope, specify, and build a sound technical solution, demonstrate and sell its commercial benefits alongside the partner to the end user, and manage the solution to BAU status.
This is both a Technical Specialist and Sales role.
The role requires the individual to manage the development of the Partners assigned to them with regards to their PP & IP Sales performance and grow said partners PP business delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve all sales targets and KPIs through the provision of PP Product Specialist & Pre-Sales consultancy/support for PP & IP Hardware and software solutions defined in the Indirect portfolio.
- Provide the expertise to conduct PP Site Survey facilitating the successful install, implementation, and transition of the solution to BAU.
- Use the Evolve and IGNITE sales processes ensuring the customers' wants, needs, and options are identified and documented.
- Be responsible for the solution design, proof of concept, sales proposal, and the subsequent generation of the required scoping documentation and associated sales documentation in accordance with company processes.
- Proactively work collaboratively with PAMs to identify and generate sales opportunity, drive customer interactions including sales calls, presentations, virtualised or face to face demonstrations. Actively participate in account planning and strategy sessions.
- Support Konica Minolta`s drive to secure ‘new logo' business in Indirect channel by providing the required subject matter expertise.
- Create a culture of collaboration with a high desire to support and grow our PP & IP portfolio of software products.
- Utilise Day to day reporting pipeline, activity, and performance utilising the business tools provided e.g., CRM.
- Ensure 100% compliance, delivering on Business Processes and Governance.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in a timely manner utilising our embedded project delivery schedules.
- Maintain industry knowledge of existing solutions and future innovations along with market share analysis. Providing advice, guidance, and SME recommendation on new solutions that have the potential to be onboarded by Konica Minolta to help it achieve market share and exceed targets set.

Essential
- Minimum 5yrs experience working within the Professional Print market and proven experience or certification in VDP/Transactional applications & workflows.
- Minimum 5yrs industry experience within the Production Print Professional Services industry or Similar Role/Position.
- A solid understanding of the Commercial Print Solutions Portfolio.
- Proven knowledge of Windows Server/Client Systems and Architectures, Domain Management, Active Directory, MS SQL Server, VMware or Hyper-V Virtualization Technology and have a strong IT-focused background.
- Certification/Experience of Implementation and Support.
- Proven experience in project management and implementation of software.
- Proven experience in Consultative Selling & Solution sales.
- High Impact verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to agreed deadlines.
- Experience in Software/Application integrations and customizations.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy with internal and external customers.
- Strong customer management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications in Adobe Creative Design Applications.
