Bidwells is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partner to join our London Capital Markets team, with a particular focus on the Industrial & Logistics sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior investment professional with a proven track record in the industrial market, strong client and investor relationships, and the appetite to drive business growth, develop new opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of our Capital Markets offering.

You will be responsible for originating and executing investment transactions, developing new and existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our market share across London and the wider UK industrial and logistics market.

Working closely with colleagues across our wider business, you will bring together investment, development, occupational and sector expertise to provide clients with commercial, strategic advice throughout the investment lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

Capital Markets & Transactions

  • Originate, lead and execute industrial and logistics investment acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients.
  • Provide strategic investment advice to institutional investors, private equity, property companies, developers, family offices and other capital sources.
  • Advise clients on pricing, investment strategy, market positioning and transaction structuring.
  • Identify both marketed and off-market investment opportunities, using your network and knowledge of the sector.
  • Lead pitches, proposals, presentations and client meetings from initial opportunity through to instruction and completion.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of investor requirements, capital flows, pricing and emerging trends across the industrial and logistics market.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert relationships into fee-generating instructions.
  • Develop new relationships while growing existing strategic client accounts.
  • Use your existing network within the investment market to strengthen our reach and profile.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to other areas of the business, including development, planning, building consultancy, asset management, occupational agency and related advisory services.
  • Represent Bidwells externally at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Leadership & Growth

  • Work collaboratively with Partners and senior colleagues across the firm to identify new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Support, mentor and develop colleagues within the Capital Markets team.
  • Help strengthen our reputation and market presence within the UK industrial and logistics investment sector.
  • Bring ideas, energy and an entrepreneurial approach to how we develop our service and take it to market.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is already well established within the UK real estate investment market and has the credibility, relationships and commercial experience to operate at Partner level.

You’re likely to have:

  • Significant experience within industrial and logistics Capital Markets / investment agency.
  • A strong track record of originating and executing investment transactions.
  • An established network across institutional investors, investment managers, funds, property companies and developers.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial investment fundamentals, including pricing, yields, rental growth and occupational market dynamics.
  • Evidence of winning new instructions and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities beyond an immediate transaction.
  • The confidence and credibility to advise senior-level clients and investment committees.
  • A collaborative approach and an appetite to work across disciplines rather than operating in isolation.
  • Experience developing and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • MRICS qualification would be highly desirable.

What success looks like

This role goes beyond executing transactions. We are looking for someone who can help grow our industrial Capital Markets offering and build a genuinely market-leading proposition.

Success will mean developing a strong pipeline of instructions, creating new client relationships, strengthening existing ones and ensuring we are front of mind for investors looking to deploy or realise capital within the industrial and logistics sector.

You’ll also be expected to use the breadth of the wider Bidwells business to provide clients with joined-up advice and create opportunities across multiple service lines.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join an established partnership while having the autonomy and influence to shape your own market, client base and growth strategy.

We like our Partners to be entrepreneurial. You’ll be trusted to develop relationships, pursue opportunities and help shape how we grow the business, supported by specialist colleagues from across the firm.

For someone who wants the freedom to build and develop a business rather than simply inherit a defined patch, there is a significant opportunity to make an impact.
