About the Role:

The Channel Director will lead the growth of VeriPark’s partner ecosystem and channel-led business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success, the role will help partners position and sell VeriPark’s banking technology solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Set channel strategy: Define partner priorities by market, solution, and partner type, with clear pipeline, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Recruit and activate partners: Identify, qualify, onboard, and develop Global and regional System Integrators, technology partners, co-sell partners, and value-added resellers with access to banking and financial services customers.
  • Drive partner-led growth: Build joint business and account plans, create opportunities, manage pipeline, support co-selling, and help progress deals from qualification through closure.
  • Build joint go-to-market plans: Partner with internal Sales and Marketing teams to deliver campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, and market development activities that generate qualified demand.
  • Enable partner success: Equip partners with solution positioning, industry use cases, sales playbooks, demos, training, and commercial resources to improve sales confidence and productivity.
  • Build trusted relationships: Develop strong working relationships with partner executives and sales leaders, securing commitment to shared objectives and long-term growth.
  • Strengthen sales alignment: Coordinate direct and indirect sales activity, clarify account ownership, manage channel conflicts, and support effective joint customer engagement.
  • Manage performance and governance: Track partner activation, pipeline, win rates, revenue, and enablement; maintain forecasts and performance reviews, and refine plans based on results.
  • Bring market insight: Share partner feedback, customer needs, competitor activity, and market opportunities with internal teams to inform sales execution and solution positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
