Co-Founder / Strategic Business Partner (Equity / Profit-Sharing Opportunity)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote / Hybrid)

Flock Space Ltd is looking for a UK-based Co-Founder / Strategic Business Partner to join us on an equity and/or profit-sharing basis and help scale an established offshore outsourcing business with significant long-term growth potential.

Please note: This is not a salaried employment opportunity. We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual who wants to build a business, create long-term value, and share in its success.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

  • An established business network within the UK.
  • Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consulting, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses.
  • A long-term vision and commitment to creating sustainable growth.

Industry experience is welcome but not essential. If you have the right network and commercial mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
