About the Role
SureSkills is looking for a Partner Communications Consultant to join our team supporting Google Cloud Partner Learning & Certification.
This is a hands-on communications role supporting programmes across Google Cloud's global partner ecosystem. You will work with senior communications, programme, and partner learning stakeholders to turn established plans and messaging into high-quality communications, campaigns, and partner-facing content.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked at scale within global technology companies, large consulting firms, or complex enterprise organizations, ideally supporting partner, technology, learning, enablement, or certification teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute clear, end-to-end communications strategies that align with Google Cloud business priorities and partner learning goals.
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality materials, including partner-facing emails, social posts, website copy, internal guidance, and executive presentations.
- Support ongoing team operations by tracking performance metrics, compiling impact reports, and synthesizing insights for leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed global teams across marketing, product, design, support, and partner enablement.
- Advise internal stakeholders on messaging best practices, ensuring all deliverables adhere to Google Cloud brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Provide user experience (UX) insights for web assets to ensure partner journeys are intuitive and useful.
- Bring creative, data-backed ideas to the table to support continuous improvement of our partner activation initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
