Consumer Executive Search Partner

£250k-£300k Base + Equity 75% Take home on Revenue Global '1 P&L'

Higher Group is partnering with a leading international executive search and leadership advisory firm as it continues to invest significantly in the growth of its European business.

Operating at the very senior end of the market, the firm partners with global organisations, private capital investors and family-owned businesses on CEO, Board and C-suite appointments.

This is a genuinely high-performance Partner environment

Established Partners within the platform can generate €2.5m–€4.5m+ in annual revenue, with senior mandates regularly commanding seven-figure fees.

The firm is now looking to meet established Executive Search Partners who want to combine that level of market positioning with a more entrepreneurial, collaborative and internationally connected platform.

This is deliberately not a narrowly defined replacement hire. The business is interested in individuals who can bring a credible market position, strong senior relationships and a clear view of what they would like to build. Over the past 5 years they have acquired definitive market leaders across Consumer, Private Equity, Technology, Financial Services and Industrial markets.

The Role

Joining as a Partner, you will have the autonomy to develop your own client franchise while collaborating closely with Partners internationally.

Depending on your existing specialism and network, this could involve developing an established practice area, adding a complementary niche or helping the firm build further depth within a strategically important market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will:

  • Originate and lead CEO, Board and C-suite executive search mandates
  • Develop relationships with CEOs, Chairs, investors and other senior decision-makers
  • Build and execute a clear strategy for your chosen market
  • Leverage international colleagues and relationships to expand client opportunities
  • Collaborate across geographies and practices rather than operating within a heavily siloed model
  • Contribute to the continued development of the wider firm
  • Have the opportunity to build a team around your market as the practice develops

The Calibre of Platform

This opportunity is designed for people who want to operate towards the upper end of the Executive Search market.

Across the platform, successful Partners can:

  • Build €2mn+ within 24 months of landing on inbound work alone
  • Execute mandates carrying €300k–€1mn+ fees
  • Work predominantly at Board, CEO and C-suite level
  • Develop relationships across multiple international markets
  • Access established senior relationships rather than being confined to a single local office
  • Build a practice around their own network and expertise

The expectation is not simply to execute searches. Partners are expected to become genuine strategic advisers to their clients and build enduring, high-value relationships.

Who We're Looking For

We are interested in established Executive Search professionals operating at Partner, Managing Director or equivalent level, alongside exceptional individuals who can demonstrate that they are ready to make that step.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong record of personally originating executive search revenue
  • Credibility with Board and C-suite stakeholders
  • An established network within your chosen market
  • Experience leading high-value retained mandates
  • The ability to develop relationships independently rather than relying solely on inherited institutional accounts
  • An entrepreneurial approach to building a practice
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work internationally
  • Ambition to materially increase the scale, seniority and average fee of your work

We are particularly interested in individuals currently generating meaningful six or seven-figure annual revenues who believe there is considerably more headroom with the right platform.

Why Consider It?

The attraction is the combination of an established international platform with genuine entrepreneurial freedom.

Rather than being hired simply to inherit a predefined desk, Partners are encouraged to articulate where they want to play, what they want to build and how the wider platform can accelerate it.

For the right individual, that means the opportunity to move from being a successful search professional to building a €2m+ international franchise around their own relationships and market reputation.

You will have access to an established global network, high-quality research and execution capability, significant Board and C-suite relationships and a culture designed around collaboration rather than internal competition.

For more information, please call 07592 595495 or email hh@highergroup.co.uk.

All conversations are confidential and off-record.
