Company Description

For almost 50 years, Atlassian Williams F1 Team has been at the forefront of one of the fastest sports on the planet, being one of the top three most successful teams in history competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. With an almost unrivalled heritage of engineering and racing F1 cars and unforgettable eras that demonstrate it is a force to be reckoned with, the British squad boasts 16 F1 World Championship titles to its name.

Since its foundation in 1977 by the eminent, late Sir Frank Williams and engineering pioneer Sir Patrick Head, the team has won nine Constructors’ Championships, in association with Cosworth, Honda and Renault. Its roll call of drivers is legendary, with its seven Drivers’ Championship trophies being lifted by true icons of the sport: Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. The team has made history before and is out to make it again with a long-term mission to evolve and return to the front of the grid.

Job Description

Main Duties:

  • The Partner Content Producer supports the Partner Content Manager in turning partner strategy into delivered campaigns, coordinating the practical steps between brief, production and activation across every partner relationship.
  • The role spans the full lifecycle of partner content, from interpreting contractual deliverables through to production, delivery and reporting, and requires close day-to-day coordination with the Partnership team.
  • This means understanding partners' needs and objectives closely enough to create content that builds confidence across internal social and production stakeholders.

Core Competencies:

  • Support the Partner Content Manager in activating and delivering partners' contractual campaign obligations, helping ensure everything delivered to a partner is planned, produced and completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Work with individual partner managers to coordinate bespoke partner campaigns, tailoring content and activations to each partner rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Liaise with the content team to help develop broader season themes and campaigns that partner activity can align with.
  • Support the commercial team in marketing both future partnership opportunities and existing partner relationships, helping tell the story of what a partnership with the team can look like.
  • Assist in interpreting partner briefs, flagging where a partner's ask may need clarifying and helping balance partner goals against the team's own goals and brand.
  • Support the development of creative concepts for partner campaigns under the direction of the Partner Content Manager, helping bring ideas to life rather than originating campaign strategy.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between partnerships (on specific accounts), internal content teams and commercial colleagues, keeping everyone aligned as campaigns move from brief to delivery, and building trusted working relationships with partner marketing teams.
  • Track partner campaign milestones and deliverables against contractual obligations, maintaining accurate records and flagging risks or delays to the Partner Content Manager early.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of partner content across race weekends and always-on output.
  • Help prepare partner recap reports and performance summaries following campaign delivery, drawing on tracked delivery data to support reporting to the commercial team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
