Conveyancer / Solicitor / Associate / Partner – Residential Property
Location: Cirencester / Gloucestershire / hybrid working available
Are you a confident, self-driven Conveyancer or Residential Property Lawyer ready to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking, fast-growing, full-service law firm? We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property professional to join our residential property offering across the Cirencester region.
We are looking to grow the practice and are looking for all qualified levels up to Partner (mentoring a team of lawyers), with the opportunity for real growth and to shape the future of the department and make a real impact.
Based from one of our beautiful flagship Cirencester offices, with truly flexible and hybrid working opportunities available, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking team during an exciting phase of expansion.
Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.
What you will be doing:
- Run your own high-quality caseload with support from the team
- Grow and develop a high-performing residential property team (If at Partner level)
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, servicing a variety of quality residential clients
- Develop new and existing residential property contacts – targeting quality opportunities and maintaining excellent working relationships with local professionals
- Integrate and become actively involved in the regional business communities
- Actively network and raise the profile of the firm locally, attending regional functions and events
- Demonstrate technical ability in all aspects of property, development, and agricultural work. Work to include sales, purchase, and leases of a wide variety of properties, re-financing, development agreements, and some complex and bespoke residential transactions

Who we’re looking for:
Although we require a qualified Conveyancer, the person is more important than your level of experience. We want a dynamic individual with an agile and proactive approach, who is team-orientated and passionate about their role. You will be expected to have:
- Great interpersonal skills
- The drive to create a high-performing team
- Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in a varied residential property caseload
- Excellent business development skills, with the ability to cross-refer and gain new work
- Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite
