At Bupa, our purpose is helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As a healthcare and insurance provider with no shareholders, we reinvest our profits into improving health and care for our customers and communities.

As a Partner Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality healthcare services to customers around the world. Working across Bupa Global and Bupa Global Latin America, you'll support relationships with our service partners who help manage healthcare networks, claims and customer care services. Your work will help improve operational performance, deliver cost-effective healthcare solutions and make sure customers continue to receive the support they need when they need it most.

This is a great opportunity to join an international team, build strong relationships with partners across different regions and contribute to meaningful improvements that support both our customers and our business.

  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and help deliver fair outcomes for customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
