Court of Protection Partner – Manchester – Up to £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A leading national law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Partner in Manchester to join its highly regarded Private Client team.
As a Court of Protection Partner in Manchester, you’ll take on a senior leadership role with full responsibility for developing and growing a specialist Property and Affairs practice. This opportunity offers real strategic influence, access to a strong referral network, and the platform to build a market-leading offering.
The Role
- Leading and developing a specialist Court of Protection Property and Affairs practice
- Managing complex deputyships and high-value financial matters
- Advising HNW and vulnerable clients on long-term financial management
- Driving the strategic growth of the Court of Protection offering
- Building relationships with clients, families, and professional advisers
- Collaborating with senior partners across the wider Private Client team
- Leading business development and profile-raising initiatives
- Mentoring and developing junior lawyers

The Candidate
- Established Court of Protection Partner or senior lawyer stepping up
- Strong technical expertise in Property and Affairs matters
- Proven experience managing complex deputyship work
- Commercially aware with a strong business development track record
- Confident working with HNW and vulnerable clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
- Strong leadership and team development skills
