About The Role
Established in 2018, Knight Frank's Debt Advisory team has gone from strength to strength, delivering consistent year-on-year growth across the UK and Europe. Working closely with our Residential and Commercial Capital Markets teams, we advise clients on a broad range of financing strategies and continue to expand our market presence.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Partner to help further develop our Debt Advisory offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in originating and executing transactions, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate and execute debt advisory mandates through existing relationships and new business development activities.
- Advise clients on capital structuring, refinancing, acquisition finance, and development funding solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the lending market, including both bank and alternative lenders.
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital Markets and the wider business to identify and convert opportunities.
- Represent Knight Frank at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client meetings.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3 years' experience within a Debt Advisory role, operating at a senior level.
- Demonstrable track record of arranging debt solutions across a variety of market cycles and asset classes.
- Experience leading transactions in excess of £25m, with exposure to deals of £50m+ highly desirable.
- Strong business development credentials with the ability to originate and convert mandates independently.
- Established network of clients, borrowers, lenders, and industry contacts.
- Excellent understanding of the commercial real estate financing market and lender landscape.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
- Commercially astute with excellent judgement across capital structures, risk assessment, and transaction management.
