Partner Designate Role

This role of Partner Designate has become available due to long term succession planning. Our client is a leading, independent firm in Sevenoaks and they are keen to identify and hire a Partner of the future.

Client Details

Our client is a leading independent accountancy firm in Sevenoaks. They have a rich history and they are planning for a prosperous future with the addition of a Partner Designate. This will be a key role for the firm and long term offer a route to become the 3rd Partner of the firm.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines.
  • Work closely with Partners to support the smooth running and growth of the practice.
  • Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and audit assignments where desired.

Profile

A Successful Partner Designate Should Have

  • ACCA/ACA qualified. Dual qualification of CTA preferred.
  • Proven experience leading a team, winning new business, managing a portfolio over multiple years.
  • Experience of accounting and tax work.
  • Desire to build career to Partner level.
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail in operational delivery.
