About Us

inforcer is one of the fastest growing technology organisations in the world and a leading provider of cutting-edge cybersecurity and AI solutions to support the SMB market. We provide MSPs (Managed Service Providers) with the fundamental technology they need to manage and secure Microsoft 365 at scale and deliver AI services. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute Expansion Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This new role is focused on driving revenue growth from our existing customer base — expanding usage, adding new tenants, and introducing new SKUs within the inforcer platform.

You’ll work closely with our VP of Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deepen customer relationships, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure clients are realising full value from their partnership with inforcer.

If you’re energised by consultative selling, building long-term partnerships, and growing recurring revenue, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies across our UK customer base.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing MSP accounts – new tenants, upsells, and cross-sells of new SKUs.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver against MRR expansion targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to the VP of Sales.
  • Monitor market and customer trends to identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and positioning for new SKUs.
  • Represent inforcer at relevant industry and partner events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
