Partner Development Lead Manager - Android Enterprise
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years working with Channel Partner Programs with IT vendors
- Preferred experience working within the mobility partner ecosystem: carriers, device resellers, device manufacturers, enterprise mobility management vendors, security vendors
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Spreadsheet knowledge (preferably Google Sheets)

Key responsibilities:
Program Consultant Role (Advisory)
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and advisory services upon express engagement
Program Consultant Role (Expertise)
- To provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and recommendations to streamline efficiency, improve performance, or solve operational problems.
Development
- Develop for the assigned region, a report showing Partner Expertise validation status, by Priority, by Product, by Partner
- Develop with input from the Business Development team, training completion targets by quarter/year, for Partners to achieve the Partner Expertise requirements
- Develop a Regional training plan with input from the Business Development team and the Regional Enablement Leads to ensure 100% validation of the Partner Expertise requirements
- Prepare a status report by week/month/quarter/year showing the status of Partner Expertise validation, by Region/Priority/Product/Partner
- Proactively drive P0/P1 Partners in the assigned region, through their journey to Partner Expertise validation, in partnership with the Regional Training & Enablement Lead/s

Regional Enablement & engagement teams
Performing this role will require the PSM to engage regularly with a variety of other resources and teams to effectively perform this role. The key tasks for each are as follows:
- Obtain regular information on Partner onboarding and validation status
- Provide regular communications to the team on the list of Partners who are ready to undertake training for their Partner Expertise competency
- Obtain learning completion reports from the team, and update status tracker
- Highlight to the BD team any training compliance issues
- Notify the Engagement team when Partners have completed their Partner Expertise validation journey
- Ensure Partners are aware of the resources provided by the Engagement team and guide them on how to leverage these

Business Development (BD)
- Liaise with the Head of BD for the assigned region to be provided with a list of P0/P1 partners
- Regularly report to BD on Partner onboarding & validation status, against region targets
- Identify and highlight issues with individual Partner accounts that may need attention by BD
Partner Escalation Desk (PED)
- Liaise with PED to obtain status of Product Excellence validation
- Identify any issues with validation progress and take remedial action such as:
- Obtain Partner feedback and escalate to other teams as required
- Provide guidance to Partner on achieving validation requirements by recommending resources such as:
- Training
- Product Documentation
- Knowledgebase articles
- Discussion forums
- Highlight to BD any issues
Solutions Engineering
Solutions Engineering, who are responsible for managing the Partner Escalation desk and ensuring timely resolution of incidents:
- Liaise with Solutions Engineering to review Partner’s capability to deliver best in class support to their customers
- Where issues are identified, guide Partners to resources that can improve the quality of their service delivery, such as training, knowledgebase articles, support templates, discussion forums
