Job Overview

We are looking for a Partner Development Lead Manager to support the Android Enterprise partner ecosystem in the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development, Enablement, Engagement, and Solutions Engineering teams to help Partners complete their onboarding, training, and validation requirements.

You will monitor Partner progress, prepare reports, identify issues, and provide guidance and recommendations to help Partners successfully achieve their required expertise and deliver high-quality support to their customers.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT partner programs, channel management, or the mobility ecosystem, who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to stakeholders when required.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and operational processes.
  • Develop regional reports showing Partner Expertise validation status by priority, product, and partner.
  • Develop training completion targets by quarter/year with the Business Development team.
  • Develop a regional training plan with the Business Development and Regional Enablement teams to ensure Partner Expertise requirements are fully validated.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly status reports covering Partner Expertise validation by region, priority, product, and partner.
  • Proactively support P0/P1 Partners through their Partner Expertise validation journey in partnership with Regional Training & Enablement Leads.

Collaboration with Regional Enablement & Engagement Teams

  • Obtain regular updates on Partner onboarding and validation status.
  • Communicate which Partners are ready to undertake training.
  • Obtain learning completion reports and update status trackers.
  • Highlight training compliance issues to the Business Development team.
  • Notify the Engagement team when Partners complete their validation journey.
  • Ensure Partners are aware of available resources and guide them on how to use them effectively.

Collaboration with Business Development

  • Work with the Head of Business Development for the assigned region to obtain the list of P0/P1 Partners.
  • Regularly report Partner onboarding and validation status against regional targets.
  • Identify and highlight individual Partner account issues that require Business Development attention.

Collaboration with Partner Escalation Desk (PED)

  • Obtain updates on Product Excellence validation.
  • Identify issues affecting validation progress and take appropriate remedial action.
  • Collect Partner feedback and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
  • Guide Partners toward resources such as:
    • Training
    • Product documentation
    • Knowledgebase articles
    • Discussion forums
  • Highlight relevant issues to the Business Development team.

Collaboration with Solutions Engineering

  • Work with Solutions Engineering to review Partners’ ability to provide high-quality support to their customers.
  • Where issues are identified, guide Partners toward resources that can improve service delivery, including training, knowledgebase articles, support templates, and discussion forums.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience working with Channel Partner Programs with IT vendors
  • Preferred experience working within the mobility partner ecosystem, including:
    • Carriers
    • Device resellers
    • Device manufacturers
    • Enterprise mobility management vendors
    • Security vendors

Required Technical Skills

  • Advanced spreadsheet knowledge, preferably Google Sheets:
    • Reporting
    • Charts
    • External data sources
  • Salesforce CRM:
    • Report creation
    • Salesforce navigation

Required Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management
