About the Role
As a Partner Development Manager within RLTS, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from onboarding through to long-term account management, retention, and revenue growth. This role represents a step change from traditional account management, with clear commercial accountability for a defined customer portfolio.
You will act as a subject matter expert across the Lead to Keys product suite and rent protect insurance products, using deep product knowledge to drive adoption, inform customer strategy, and unlock commercial growth.
By combining onboarding expertise, relationship management, and commercial ownership, you will play a critical role in delivering partner development, improving retention, and driving revenue growth across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Onboarding & Adoption
- Own the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live experience.
- Strategically engage Rightmove core customers who currently utilize a single Lead to Keys product, driving onboarding and adoption while creating opportunities to expand usage across the wider product suite through a structured referral approach.
- Drive early value realization to support long-term retention and engagement. Key focus on delivering a high-quality onboarding and training experience via virtual platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and individuals to prioritize tasks based on data-led decisions.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in Lead to Keys products and rent protection insurance products, guiding customers on best practice usage, advanced functionality, and how to maximize value from the platform as well as basic troubleshooting.
Growth & Commercial Opportunity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers both at decision maker and ground level. Acting as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and best practice.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop partner-specific growth plans where possible to facilitate regular engagement and account development.
- Confidently position and introduce additional RLTS products during onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle, escalating and supporting upsell opportunities as customer needs evolve.
- Work closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to qualify, progress, and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
