Partner Development Manager, Business Advisory & M&A

Location: London
Working Pattern: Full-Time | Office-Based (hybrid 2-3 days)
Package: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading business advisory and M&A firm that helps entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses buy, sell, and grow companies across the UK.

Part of an established international network, the business combines a strong brand, proven infrastructure, and growing deal flow with the agility and entrepreneurial culture of an independently operated business.

Following a period of significant growth, they are looking to appoint a Partner Development Manager to help expand their UK network of Advisors and Franchise Partners. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual will play a key role in supporting the firm's ambitious growth plans.

The Role

This is a highly commercial, relationship-led position focused on attracting, engaging, and converting experienced professionals interested in launching their own business advisory practice within an established platform.

You'll be responsible for managing the entire partner acquisition journey, from initial enquiry through to onboarding, while helping drive the continued expansion of the firm's national footprint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
