Your Opportunity
The Partner Sales Manager is a "hunter" role focused on accelerating Partner Sourced pipeline and revenue growth within a specific geographic territory. You will be responsible for the end-to-end activation of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), shifting our posture from "partners on paper" to active, strategic revenue generators. With a key focus on SCC in France.
By driving deep penetration into partner organizations, you will establish a fair exchange of value where partners source new opportunities and are also brought into direct sales motions to provide technical expertise and value add support.
What You'll Do
- Pipeline Generation: Drive net-new pipeline through deal registrations, evidenced by high-impact sales plays and industry-specific solutions to our ICP.
- Strategic Activation: Evolve existing tactical relationships into purposeful and intentional partnerships.
- Partner Account Penetration: Build senior-level relationships and establish a presence within partner organizations to pivot their sales posture toward New Relic.
- Sales & Technical Enablement: Coordinate sales and technical enablement to ensure partners are certified and capable of evangelizing the value of Intelligent Observability.
- Internal Advocacy: Continually coach internal sales teams and leadership on partnering best practices to foster a positive channel culture and increase collaboration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
