Overview
As a Partner Development Manager, Software and AI Partnerships, you will identify and recruit high-growth software and AI companies in the UK and help them build and grow with Microsoft. You will develop trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders, understand their growth ambitions, and connect them with Microsoft’s technology, programmes, marketplace and sales capabilities.
You will develop co-build, co-market and co-sell strategies with partners, bringing together the right technical, commercial, marketing and sales expertise to launch solutions, reach new customers and markets, and scale their business.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise and recruit high-growth software and AI partners, including Independent Software Vendors, Digital Natives and AI-Natives, to grow the partner portfolio and address strategic market opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders, aligning their priorities and growth ambitions with Microsoft’s platform and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and execute co-build, co-market and co-sell strategies across product development, marketplace and sales to support shared growth.
- Evaluate the partner portfolio to identify trends, opportunities and gaps, and recommend solutions and investments.
- Lead reviews of partner pipelines, key deals and consumption targets, collaborating across sales, technical and marketing teams to remove blockers and accelerate opportunities

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Partner Development Management IC5
The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 95,300.00 - £ 136,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
