About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to play a key role in driving Wildix's growth across the UK. In this role, you will manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), while working closely with internal teams to accelerate the successful onboarding of new partners.
You will spend approximately 80% of your time engaging directly with partners, delivering enablement, training, and business development initiatives that help grow their success with Wildix. Your focus will be on building strong, strategic relationships, increasing partner capability, and positioning Wildix as their first choice for AI-powered UCaaS solutions. By developing high-performing partner accounts and identifying new growth opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Wildix's presence across the UK channel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
