Take a leading role in the next stage of an established Employment Law practice, backed by the client relationships, complementary expertise and referral opportunities of a multidisciplinary professional services group.
This is an opportunity to shape strategy and accelerate growth, with access to existing client relationships and a wider referral network - rather than being expected to build in isolation.
The Opportunity
You'll have genuine influence over the direction, growth and market positioning of the Employment practice, alongside specialists spanning HR consultancy, employment tax, global mobility, share schemes, business immigration, data protection, employee benefits, payroll, corporate finance and wider advisory services.
You'll:
- Lead the Employment Law strategy, proposition, profitability and growth.
- Advise clients on strategic employment matters, complex disputes, workforce change, senior exits and transactions.
- Grow client relationships, originate new work and develop cross-referral opportunities across the wider group.
- Develop the team while advancing technical quality, legal technology and AI-enabled service delivery.

What We're Looking For
You'll be an established Employment Partner or senior employment lawyer with:
- Significant experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law in England and Wales.
- A demonstrable track record of winning work and developing valuable client relationships.
- Credibility advising employers, boards, founders, owner-managed businesses and senior executives.
- The leadership and commercial capability to develop lawyers and contribute to the financial performance of a practice.
