Job Description

Overall purpose of the job:

Working with channel sales team to develop strategic partner accounts and increase revenues in line with set targets and business objectives, while continually looking to expand the Exponential-e portfolio in the top partner accounts and increase revenue. You will also execute a sales enablement strategy with the top partners to ensure we are higher, wider and deeper within the partners.

Key responsibilities for this job:

  • Detailed onboarding of the larger Channel Partners
  • Provide ongoing training to the top partners on Exponential-e as a company and also products combined with systems understanding
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the Exponential-E solutions portfolio and be able to articulate this to channel partners
  • To build a strong rapport and lasting relationships with existing channel partners to grow the account and increase Exponential-e revenues, working in collaboration with Account Directors
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Channel sales target within set accounts
  • Create and develop relationships at all levels and all departments throughout Partner sites.
  • Routine review of each Partner’s utilization of service with Partner’s mid- and senior management.
  • Providing recommendations on product placement and utilization levels.
  • Support the launch of a new partner program
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
  • Drive the success and implementation of the Partner enablement program for both new and existing partners. This includes executing and refining content, scoping and implementing enablement programs that accelerate launches, claims and customer value while working in close partnership with internal teams.
  • Plan, develop, and design training materials to create optimized learning experiences.
  • Define appropriate training cadence and deliver high-quality online and/or onsite training to meet the needs of the business.

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Channel/Partner Development experience from within the telecoms or IT industry with experience in a Solution sales capacity
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
  • Highly adaptable and proactive
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Eager to learn and develop
