Professional Services / Consulting Experience Required
UK, Germany or France | Flexible Location | £500k-£1m Total Package range
This is not an AI strategy-only role.
AI People Global is seeking a Partner-level consulting executive who has personally sold and led enterprise AI transformation from strategy and investment case through technology build, implementation, operating-model redesign, workforce adoption and measurable value realisation.
The mandate addresses a specific capability gap: connecting high-level AI strategy with the practical implementation required to transform a complex enterprise.
Applicants must therefore demonstrate genuine end-to-end delivery experience across:
- AI strategy → business case → architecture and platform → implementation → operating model → adoption → value realisation.
Candidates whose experience ends at strategy, advisory, roadmap creation or proof-of-concept development are unlikely to meet the requirements.
The Mandate
The firm already possesses significant capabilities across AI strategy, technology, data, risk, workforce and implementation.
The requirement is for a commercially proven Partner capable of connecting those components into one integrated, market-facing transformation proposition.
The successful individual will originate, sell and lead complex client programmes spanning:
- AI strategy and investment cases
- Enterprise AI and agentic platforms
- Data, technology and architecture
- AI product and solution development
- Target operating-model redesign
- Workflow and process transformation
- AI governance, trust and control
- Workforce transformation and adoption
- Global implementation and deployment
- Commercialisation and managed services
- Value realisation and executive reporting

The central client question is:
How does a major enterprise move from AI ambition and isolated pilots to a redesigned operating model delivering measurable economic value at scale?
The Partner will be expected to answer that question, originate the engagement and lead the client through the complete transformation.
Essential Consulting Experience
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Current or recent Partner, Managing Director or equivalent leadership experience within a recognised management, technology or professional-services consultancy
- Personal origination of significant consulting revenue
- An established network of C-suite and board-level client relationships
- Leadership of large-scale enterprise AI or technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Experience spanning strategy, platform, operating model, implementation, adoption and value realisation
- Responsibility for engagement economics, delivery quality and measurable client outcomes
- Leadership of multidisciplinary consulting, product, engineering, data and change teams
- Evidence of moving AI beyond pilots into production and enterprise-wide adoption
- Experience building consulting propositions, teams or practices
- The ability to sell strategically and remain accountable through implementation
This is specifically a consulting leadership position.
Candidates whose experience is principally internal, operational or vendor-side—and those without personally evidenced consulting origination—are unlikely to meet the requirements.
The Opportunity
The successful individual will have the platform and authority to:
- Shape the firm’s end-to-end enterprise AI transformation proposition
- Originate and lead major strategic accounts
- Connect existing strategy and implementation capabilities
- Recruit and assemble the required specialist team
- Develop repeatable intellectual property and delivery methodologies
- Build a material, scalable and commercially significant consulting practice
- Establish a clear market position around AI-led enterprise reinvention

The strongest candidates will combine five qualities rarely found together:
- Board-level strategic credibility
- Genuine understanding of AI and agentic technology
- Enterprise implementation experience
- Personally evidenced consulting origination
- Measurable client value creation
Location
The position may be based in the UK, Germany or France, with London, Frankfurt, Munich and Paris among the most relevant locations.
Candidates should already be based in—or have a clear and established right to work from—one of these markets.
Regular European and international travel will be required. Relocation-dependent applications are unlikely to be suitable.
Package
Total package: £500k+, dependent upon consulting level, commercial record and the scale of the proposed build.
All conversations will be treated in strict confidence.
Information required will be:
- Current consulting firm and level
- Current location and right-to-work position
- Personal revenue origination over the last three years
- Largest end-to-end AI transformation personally sold and led
- Evidence of responsibility beyond strategy and into implementation
- Current notice period
