Lateral Partner Opportunity – Funds Finance (Top-Tier US Law Firm, London)
Remuneration: Leading US Law Firm Compensation Structure c £1.5 m for a junior equity partner and to £7 m for a senior (rainmaker) equity partner.
A leading US law firm in London is seeking to hire a funds finance partner to join its highly regarded team.
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside one of the most prominent figures in the London funds finance market particularly the credit funds market. The platform is ideally positioned to support continued growth in fund-level and GP-led financing mandates, with an exceptional international client base and a proven bench of elite private equity, fund formation, and credit lawyers.

Ideal profile:
- A recognised partner or senior counsel with a strong track record in funds finance
- Experience acting for direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and fund borrowers
- Portable business (or demonstrable ability to originate work) preferred but not essential if complementary to the current platform
- Ambitious, collaborative and keen to grow within an elite international team
