About Skolon

Skolon is a fast-growing International EdTech company in the midst of exciting expansion. At Skolon, you can truly make a difference by helping to create a more enjoyable and successful learning experience for over a million students and teachers.

We are now looking for a Partner Growth Executive to help us grow our network of EdTech content providers in the UK. If you are a social, driven and curious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, networking and opening new doors, we want to hear from you!

We believe in empowering our employees

We offer the best of two worlds: stability and innovation!

The stability of a publicly listed company with a proven concept and a strong market position, combined with an innovative and growing team.

You’ll be part of an international business team spanning the Nordics, the UK, and Germany, while working closely with our fast-growing UK team and colleagues across sales, marketing, and client management.

You will be primarily office-based in Southampton, with some flexibility to work remotely.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
