Partner Growth Manager – UK Remote – £45,000–£60,000

DigiTech are hiring on behalf of a leading cyber security provider seeking a Partner Growth Manager focused on onboarding, enablement, and activation of new direct partners. Your role is to ensure partners fully understand the company’s cyber offering, adopt it quickly, and generate early recurring revenue. You’ll own partners through their initial lifecycle until they progress into the next tier of the programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Own partner onboarding from first engagement through full activation
  • Deliver structured enablement across products, services, and best practice usage
  • Drive early adoption to accelerate time to revenue
  • Build strong relationships with new partners to increase early MRR
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and activation
  • Identify joint sales opportunities and build an initial pipeline in the CRM
  • Qualify and profile partners to support long-term programme success
  • Track activation KPIs, early revenue, and partner progression
  • Participate in QBRs to share onboarding insights and performance updates
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes to reduce friction and speed up adoption

  • Must have experience working for a cyber security vendor (SaaS security, MDR, EDR, identity, cloud security, vulnerability management, etc.)
  • Strong background in partner onboarding, enablement, or activation
  • Ability to run training, guide partners through adoption, and build early momentum
  • Commercial awareness with experience spotting early revenue opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on improving onboarding workflows
  • Understanding of broader cyber-security trends or willingness to learn quickly
