Leadenhall Search & Selection is currently partnering with a leading strategic consulting firm on a Partner search for their Life Sciences practise in London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Life Sciences consulting professional with a strong track record of client development, revenue generation and senior-level advisory work. They work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies on complex strategic, commercial, and economic challenges across the product and business lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate, develop and lead significant client engagements across the Life Sciences sector
  • Leverage an established industry network to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Lead complex strategic and analytical engagements, acting as a senior advisor to clients on high-value business challenges
  • Contribute to the strategic development and market positioning of the Life Sciences practice
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal book of business and contribute meaningfully to practice revenue growth
  • Provide senior oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring high-quality client delivery

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting or a closely related advisory environment
  • Established senior-level relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics or broader Life Sciences sectors
  • Advanced degree preferred, including a PhD in a relevant Life Sciences discipline, Master's or equivalent
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing senior consulting teams

The successful candidate will have previously established a strong book of business within the Life Sciences sector to originate and lead significant client engagements, and contribute to the continued growth and direction of the practice. This role would suit an established consulting professional with a strong personal brand and demonstrable ability to win and grow business.
