Head of Highland Operations – Beauly
Lead one of Scotland's most respected rural practices from the heart of the Highlands. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Bell Ingram's Highland business as a Partner, leading an established team, advising some of Scotland's finest estates and helping drive the next phase of growth.
As a Partner, you will have an equity stake in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in its success with uncapped earning potential. Whether you are already a Partner or an ambitious Associate/Director ready for the next step, this role offers genuine influence, autonomy and the opportunity to share in the firm's long-term success.
The Role
The successful candidate will lead the delivery and development of Bell Ingram’s rural professional services across the Highlands. The role will suit an all-round rural practitioner with strong professional judgement and commercial acumen, and a particular interest and experience in sporting estates.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and growing the Highland office and its client base.
- Delivering high-quality advice across a broad range of rural disciplines.
- Undertaking valuation work for a variety of purposes in accordance with RICS standards.
- Acting for private estates, landowners, trusts and institutional clients.
- Advising on sporting estates, estate management and wider rural property interests.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues within a collaborative and professional team environment.

- A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Have substantial experience in rural professional practice, ideally with Highland or upland and sporting estate exposure.
- Be confident working independently while also providing leadership and direction to others.
- Demonstrate sound commercial judgement and strong client relationship skills.
- Have a genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, sporting estates, including deer forests, fisheries and associated rural assets.
- Be committed to developing a long-term professional role within Bell Ingram.

Location
Based in Beauly, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine a senior professional position with an outstanding quality of life, set within one of the most attractive and rewarding parts of rural Scotland.
Situated in Beauly, 12 miles from Inverness, the Highland office team provide a broad range of land agency services ranging from traditional estate management to utilities and pipelines, in addition to rural consultancy, estate agency and valuations.
