Property Litigation Partner

Location: London, City

Firm: Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers accredited Firm

Working Model: Hybrid Working 3 Days Per Week

  • The Real Estate Disputes team is a core practice area, acting on complex, high-value disputes for landlords, developers, and lenders.
  • The firm operates a modern, flexible model, offering up to three days per week hybrid working.
  • The firm prioritizes internal progression, including 19 promotions this year with 5+ Partners.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Partner to take a leading role within the Property disputes team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead complex matters including:
    • Developer and right to light disputes
    • Party wall and trespass claims
    • Landlord & tenant litigation
    • Possession and mortgage claims
    • Contested lease renewals, forfeiture, and secured recovery
  • Play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals, and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department’s growth.

The Candidate & Benefits

You will be an experienced Property Litigation Senior Lawyer/Partner with a strong track record in complex real estate disputes, ideally within a London commercial practice.

Requirements:

  • At Senior Associate level, you will be ready to step into a broader leadership role.
  • At Partner level, you will bring strategic thinking, client relationship strength, and a desire to help grow the practice further.
