Are you interested in building partnerships that deliver real commercial results?

Are you a strong relationship builder who can turn shared priorities into action? Are you looking for a role where you can help scale the partner function of a high-potential SaaS company? Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

About us

We are Resistant AI, a trailblazing startup founded in 2019 by Martin Rehák and his team. Our accolades include “Digital Crime Fighter of the Year” at the ACAMS Annual Conference in Las Vegas, with two consecutive wins, and the Europas Award for Hottest AI Startup. We take pride in our achievements and are driven to continue our success. 🚀

Our mission is to safeguard the AI and automation systems used in modern financial services from manipulation and attacks. By forensically analysing everything from customer-submitted documents to user behaviours, we detect and prevent fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering, and emerging financial threats at scale. This is the second startup for our founding team, and our investors include Notion Capital, Google Ventures, Index, and Credo Ventures. Learn more about us at Resistant AI.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Partner Manager to join our team in London 🇬🇧, reporting to the Head of Partnerships. You will strengthen relationships across our partner portfolio, activate joint go-to-market plans, and generate qualified pipeline for our Sales team. You will also help build a scalable partner function, creating repeatable ways of working across the full partner lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own partner activation and development, coordinating onboarding, training, enablement, and ongoing engagement so partners can confidently position and sell our solutions.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans, including account mapping, campaigns, events, and targeted outreach to grow our presence within partners’ customer bases.
  • Generate qualified pipeline for the Sales team, supporting co-sell and reseller opportunities with clear ownership, effective handovers, and coordinated follow-through.
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to address partner needs, remove blockers, and progress opportunities through to closing and renewal.
  • Help build a repeatable partner lifecycle, establishing practical processes, playbooks, and reporting that allow the function to scale.
  • Track and report commercial progress, highlighting pipeline, results, challenges, and opportunities, informed by partner feedback and market developments.
  • Represent Resistant AI alongside our partners at meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and the confidence to align stakeholders, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through, with experience managing multiple partners and coordinating work across internal teams.
  • A practical problem-solver who takes ownership, is comfortable with accountability, and can turn ambiguity into clear actions.
  • A collaborative team player who can build effective processes while remaining hands-on in delivery.
  • An understanding of financial services buyers and the fraud and financial crime landscape, or the ability to learn quickly.
