About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
You'll own Legora's partnerships with top law schools across Europe, working closely with faculty, school administration, and Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to get the next generation of lawyers trained on and excited about Legora.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're building this program from the ground up in Europe — there's no inherited playbook here. You'll be one of the founding members of Legora's partnerships team on the ground, shaping how we bring Legora into legal curricula and how we build lasting relationships with the schools that matter most. You'll work alongside Legora's broader partnerships team in New York, and closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with top law schools across Europe, getting students access to Legora through complimentary licenses.
- Go beyond access — make sure students are genuinely learning on Legora, so they graduate as trained users and evangelists for the platform.
- Team up with professors to embed Legora into the curriculum, identifying the faculty who are the real movers and shakers and figuring out what will get them excited about building a partnership around Legora.
- Get embedded with Legora's sales and customer teams so you understand the product well enough to demo it and speak to it credibly with schools.
- Track engagement and outcomes across your school partnerships, and report on progress.
- Bring feedback from schools and faculty back into Legora to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
What You Bring
- A law school background, ideally including experience at a large law firm, and some time spent actually practicing law.
- Legal education and practice experience in Europe: you've studied and practiced law in the region and understand how European law schools and legal careers work.
- A genuine interest in doing partnerships rather than continuing to practice law.
- Comfort building a partner program rather than inheriting one. Meaning you're fine when the structure doesn't exist yet.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills as you'll be working with professors, school administrators, and students, as well as Legora's internal teams.
- Ability to run multiple relationships and priorities at once, across several schools simultaneously.
- Comfort with a product that ships fast — you'll stay current and help the schools you work with do the same.
- Willingness to travel to visit schools and build relationships across Europe.

Nice To Have
- Familiarity with AI products and how to talk about them to an audience that's still building trust in AI — being a curious, regular user of AI tools counts, even without direct AI-industry experience.
- Experience as an early hire on a partner team that scaled.
