Partner Manager, EMEA

Location: United Kingdom

Experience: 10 Years

About eGain

eGain is a leading provider of AI-powered knowledge and customer experience solutions. Fortune 500 clients and government agencies trust the eGain AI Knowledge Hub to optimise customer experience and reduce cost of service. eGain was recently named a Leader in Gartner’s inaugural Magic Quadrant for Knowledge Management Systems for Customer Service.

We’re diverse, optimistic, and tenacious. We take pride in what we do and hold ourselves to a high standard. If you want to work at the intersection of AI and customer engagement, let’s talk.

About the Role

We’re hiring a European Partner Manager to build out our channel sales capability across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role focused on recruiting and scaling a partner ecosystem — referral partners, resellers, and implementation partners — who bring enterprise clients to our AI-powered knowledge management and CX platform, resell it, and/or implement it for their customers.

You’ll own the full partner lifecycle: identifying and recruiting the right partners, enabling them, building joint business plans, and driving those relationships through pipeline to closed revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and onboard partners across three motions: referral (partners who introduce enterprise opportunities), reseller (partners who transact our platform), and implementation (SIs/consultancies who deploy and integrate our solutions)
  • Build joint business plans with each partner — mutual goals, target accounts, enablement milestones, and revenue targets
  • Enable partners on our platform, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Drive pipeline generation with partners into enterprise accounts, and manage joint go-to-market motions (co-selling, marketing, events)
  • Own channel-sourced revenue as a core KPI — sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and closed-won revenue through partners
  • Manage the partner lifecycle end-to-end: sourcing, contracting, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing relationship management
  • Act as the internal champion for partners — coordinating with sales, marketing, product, and professional services

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in a sales-focused channel/partner management role, including at least 5 years building and running channel partnerships
  • Proven track record recruiting and enabling partners who refer, resell, and/or implement enterprise software solutions
  • Direct experience in CX, contact center, knowledge management, or AI
  • Experience at a SaaS or AI company; exposure to software infrastructure/platform companies (e.g., Workday, MuleSoft, Databricks, Snowflake) or CX-adjacent companies (e.g., Kore.ai, Decagon) is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute joint business plans that translate into measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Strong commercial instincts — comfortable negotiating partner agreements, deal structures, and incentive models
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both externally with partners and internally across sales, marketing, and delivery
  • Based in the UK, with willingness to travel across Europe as needed
