Partner Manager - EPM & ERP
The Opportunity
Our client is an innovative software company helping finance teams improve planning, reporting, close management and performance oversight. As the business continues its growth journey, strategic partnerships are becoming an increasingly important source of new opportunities and customer success.
We are seeking a commercially focused Partner Manager to develop and expand a high-quality partner network. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing partnerships that contribute meaningfully to business growth, strengthen market presence and enhance customer outcomes.
This position is focused on building productive, results-driven partnerships rather than simply increasing partner numbers. Success will be measured through commercial impact, opportunity generation and long-term partner effectiveness.
Partnership Strategy
The partnership programme is centred around two key areas:
Consulting & Delivery Partners
- Develop relationships with consulting firms, advisory organisations, implementation specialists and systems integration businesses that support finance transformation initiatives. These partnerships will help extend delivery capability, increase credibility within target accounts and support customer implementations.
Strategic Referral Partnerships
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with complementary software vendors and solution providers serving similar customer profiles. These partnerships will focus on creating new business opportunities through introductions, collaboration and joint go-to-market activities.
Initially, the role will focus on the UK market, with scope to support and standardise partner programmes across additional regions over time.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a partner growth strategy across consulting, implementation and referral channels.
- Identify and prioritise organisations based on customer alignment, market access and commercial potential.
- Recruit and onboard consulting partners, advisory firms, systems integrators and ecosystem specialists.
- Develop relationships with complementary technology vendors targeting finance and operational leaders.
- Create joint go-to-market initiatives aligned to specific market opportunities and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to maximise the value and effectiveness of partner relationships.
- Establish account-mapping programmes to uncover shared opportunities.
- Implement scalable processes for referrals, introductions, qualification and opportunity management.
- Deliver partner enablement programmes covering ideal customer profiles, use cases, industry challenges and sales messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within partner organisations.
- Manage commercial agreements and partnership frameworks.
- Support partner-involved opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Track and report on partner-generated pipeline, revenue contribution and overall partner performance.
- Continuously evaluate partner effectiveness and focus investment on relationships delivering measurable results.
- Support the expansion of partnership best practices into additional markets as the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
