About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego, and team-spirited.

Role Summary

The Partnerships organization is accelerating its expansion globally. We now need the architecture to scale our delivery force through partnerships to meet the next wave of enterprise demand.

This is a high-impact role offering exceptional exposure to the European market, focusing on Northern Europe (UKI & Nordics) and the opportunity to shape our partnership program from the ground up. You will work closely with Partnership & GTM leadership, Partner Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to drive breakthrough co-sell motions, co-solutions, and joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic and regional partners.

This is a critical hybrid responsibility: Partner management across Europe for Strategic Partners + building regional-flavored partnerships to set up the foundations for future success. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Europe GSI Director and will have functional accountability to our VP Northern Europe, playing a vital role in co-defining and executing our regional go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Architecture

  • Architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across Northern Europe, establishing high-value frameworks that align enterprise strategic goals with scalable revenue models.
  • Define and institutionalize multi-year strategic roadmaps with major German Systems Integrators to accelerate co-selling motions, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion.
  • Drive ecosystem vision and governance, orchestrating financial growth targets, technical solutions integration, and transformative co-marketing programs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
