Partner Manager – New Build/House-Builder Partnerships.

Brand: Haysto – The UK’s No.1 Specialist Mortgage Broker.

Start Date: September/October 2026.

Travel: Approximately two days per week visiting house-builder sites and regional teams across the UK.

Help Build the Future of New-Build Mortgages.

Haysto is making a major investment in the UK new-build market—and we’re looking for an experienced Partner Manager to help lead that growth.

We’ve already secured a national partnership with one of the UK’s top three House-Builders, embedding our mortgage platform directly into its website and customer journey.

Now, we’re developing new qualification, eligibility and reservation technology designed to help House-Builders.

  • Convert more enquiries into buyers.
  • Improve reservation rates.
  • Reduce fall-throughs.
  • Deliver a faster, smoother customer experience.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a major growth journey and help build what we believe will become the UK’s leading technology-enabled new homes mortgage proposition.

Who Are Haysto?

Haysto is the UK’s No.1 specialist mortgage broker.

Backed by investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying.

Our proprietary platform, Haya, combines data, automation and intelligent decisioning to power eligibility, affordability and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale.

Across Haysto and Picnic, we operate in specialist and mainstream mortgages, embedded finance, direct-to-consumer acquisition and platform-led distribution—reaching millions of potential customers through major partners such as Experian.

The Role

As Partner Manager, you’ll take ownership of the success and growth of our House-Builders partnerships.

  • You’ll build trusted relationships with Sales Directors, regional leadership teams, Sales Managers and on-site Sales Advisers—ensuring our proposition is adopted, understood and delivering measurable commercial results across every development.
  • Internally, you’ll connect our partners with Haysto’s commercial, operational, product and engineering teams, turning frontline feedback and performance data into improvements that strengthen the customer journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
