About Storfund

Storfund is building the liquidity infrastructure that helps businesses operating through platforms access their cash sooner. We partner with platforms to embed working capital directly into their ecosystems, helping their sellers, suppliers and other participants improve cash flow and grow.

Our partnerships span travel marketplaces, retail marketplaces, payment schemes and other digital platforms where Storfund can act as a strategic liquidity infrastructure partner. From global ecommerce marketplaces to travel platforms and payments ecosystems, we work with partners to solve the liquidity challenges created by delayed settlement and payout cycles. We're now making a key strategic hire to manage, grow and expand these partnerships globally.

Position

We are looking for a Partner Manager, Marketplaces & Platforms to own and grow a portfolio of Storfund's strategic partnerships across travel marketplaces, retail marketplaces, payment schemes and other platforms where we provide liquidity infrastructure. This is a commercially focused role centred on making our existing partnerships perform: using data to understand what is happening across each partner, turning that into meaningful insight and action, and ultimately growing revenue for both Storfund and our partners. Alongside this, you will help identify and win new strategic partnerships that expand the reach of Storfund's liquidity infrastructure.

The role will operate on an approximate 50/50 split: around 50% focused on partner management, performance and growth across existing platform relationships, and around 50% focused on developing and closing new partnerships across marketplaces, schemes and other relevant platform ecosystems.

You will report to the Platforms & Partnerships Director, and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, operations, risk and customer success. You will be expected to understand the numbers behind each partnership, create clear plans to improve performance, and build trusted relationships that turn Storfund's liquidity infrastructure partnerships into meaningful, growing revenue channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across travel marketplaces, retail marketplaces, payment schemes and other platforms, taking commercial responsibility for the performance, health and growth of those relationships.
  • Build strong relationships across partner organisations, from day-to-day operational teams through to C-level and VP-level stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial partner rather than simply a point of contact.
  • Use partner, seller, supplier, volume and commercial data to understand performance across each platform, identify trends, gaps and liquidity opportunities, and translate the numbers into meaningful insights and clear actions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular partner reviews and QBRs, bringing together performance data, commercial outcomes, pipeline, adoption, challenges and agreed growth initiatives.
  • Create and execute partner growth plans focused on increasing adoption, penetration, eligible volume and revenue generated through each partnership, while expanding the use of Storfund's liquidity infrastructure across the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships through new markets, products, integrations, seller or supplier segments, campaigns and additional liquidity use cases.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, legal, risk and customer success to remove blockers, improve partner performance and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
  • Maintain clear reporting across the partner portfolio, including performance against agreed KPIs, revenue, pipeline, adoption and growth opportunities, providing meaningful recommendations to commercial leadership.
  • Alongside the core partner management remit, spend approximately 30% of the role identifying, engaging and winning new strategic partnerships across travel, retail, payments and other platform ecosystems where Storfund can become the liquidity infrastructure partner, managing opportunities from initial engagement through commercial discussions, internal alignment, integration planning and close.
