Your tasks

  • Develop and execute the Sales Partner Strategy for the EMEA and Americas regions
  • Manage, develop, and expand the international sales partner network
  • Drive sustainable growth of the partner business through indirect sales channels
  • Support design-in activities in close collaboration with sales partners
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance digital platforms and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI)
  • Identify new market opportunities and support the acquisition of strategic key projects
  • Plan and execute joint customer activities and business reviews with sales partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and customer requirements, and derive appropriate actions
  • Organize partner trainings, webinars, and international Sales Partner events

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by further education in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • Several years of experience in technical sales with a proven track record of developing new markets and business opportunities
  • Experience in contract negotiations and strategic customer management
  • Solid knowledge of the railway industry and a strong technical understanding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong negotiation capabilities and a well-established professional network
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% within the EMEA and Americas regions
