Job Description

The Product & Partner Strategy team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Manager to grow and manage IFS's partner ecosystem across both OEM and ISV partners.

The Product & Partner Strategy (PPS) team defines and runs IFS's product and solution partner programs across both OEM and ISV partners. The team owns partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement and go-to-market execution, while working closely with internal stakeholders and partners to drive successful partner operations. It also supports Product Managers, Sales and other stakeholders with partner insight, pipeline analysis and commercial support.

As Partner Manager, you will own the relationship, commercial performance and growth of a portfolio of OEM and ISV partners across the full partner lifecycle. You will be accountable for growing ISV generated revenue and for enabling IFS Sales teams globally to successfully sell OEM partner solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, onboard and offboard OEM and ISV partners.
  • Own day-to-day partner relationships and act as the main contact between partners and IFS teams.
  • Maintain partner information and processes on the IFS Marketplace.
  • Work with Procurement and Finance on partner commercial models, royalties, licensing and payments.
  • Support Sales in deals involving partner products, including co-sell and go-to-market activity.
  • Enable partner access to IFS resources such as demos, Demo Showroom and IFS Academy.
  • Work with Product Managers on partner product use cases with IFS solutions.
  • Support strategic sales cases requiring non-standard commercial models.

  • Drive partner recruitment, activation, commercial performance and revenue growth, continually identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
  • Support strategic initiatives for the partner program and process improvement.
  • Research competitors, analyse trends and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem and translate strategy into execution.
  • Improve partner operations through effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Create documentation, enablement materials and training content.
  • Build reports and provide regular and ad-hoc partner performance insights.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience in partner, channel or alliance management, ideally across OEM and ISV models.
  • Good understanding of contracts, pricing, licensing and royalty models.
  • Experience supporting co-sell and joint go-to-market activity.
  • Ability to align business process, technology and partner strategy.
  • Tenacious and delivery focused.
  • Self-driven and able to progress work independently.
  • Willing to learn, improve and find smarter ways of working.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident in documentation, presentation and training.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
