About the Role
This is a hands-on partner channel role at a fast-growing, seed-funded AI voice technology company serving SMBs across Europe. You will own the full partner lifecycle across the UK and Ireland, sitting at the intersection of sales and partnership development to build a channel that drives real revenue growth in your market.
What You'll Do
- Identify, screen, and onboard new partners across the UK and Ireland, assessing fit and determining the right engagement model for each.
- Close the first joint deal alongside each new partner, running the sales process yourself so partners learn by example.
- Build and maintain partner enablement resources including pitch decks, playbooks, and objection-handling guides.
- Conduct regular check-ins with your partner base to surface upsell opportunities in existing accounts and identify new business.
- Join larger customer negotiations to demonstrate strong sales execution and support successful outcomes.
- Track and report on key metrics: partner revenue, qualified pipeline, activation rates, and repeat activation performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
