Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?

This role is office based in our London or Dublin office.

The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Partner Management at Personio goes far beyond building a network. It is a core engine of our growth strategy. The International Partnerships team expands our European partner ecosystem in both scale and depth: driving new business, enriching our product with complementary and often localised services, and elevating our local brand positioning through lasting relationships.

As part of our expanding UK & Ireland Partnerships team, you will continue to build and manage a high-value portfolio of Strategic and Operational Partners to accelerate Personio’s growth across the two markets. This is a quota-carrying role, and you will hold direct responsibility for the partner-driven pipeline and new MRR. Therefore, making it ideal for a high-performing, results-driven professional. Partnering closely with local cross-functional teams from demand generation to product, you will ensure we deliver a seamless, localised experience for our UK&I customers.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Portfolio Strategy: Build and manage a balanced partner ecosystem (Referral, Consulting, System Integrators, Technology, and Strategic Partners) to maximize Personio’s reach and market fit in the UK&I.
  • Community Leadership: Play a leading role in building a high-performing partnership community across the region.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities by segmenting your portfolio and co-developing actionable joint business plans.
  • Solution Co-Creation: Partner closely with ecosystem members to co-create compelling solutions that drive adoption of our HR SaaS platform.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and launch joint GTM plans, including co-marketing strategies, sales enablement, and team training programs.
  • Events & Marketing: Plan and execute co-hosted partner events, campaigns, and communications within budget and timeline constraints, in collaboration with Personio Marketing.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate partnership metrics and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary interface between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and UK&I Country Management) to align partner initiatives with core GTM priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
