Partner Manager
As Partner Manager, you'll build and own Purple's relationship with the wireless networking vendors themselves. This is primarily a vendor facing role: you'll be the main point of contact for each vendor's partner, channel, and product teams, and the voice of Purple within their partner programs and roadmaps.
Alongside that, you'll build relationships with the resellers and partners who sell each vendor's equipment, and work closely with Sales to turn those relationships into a qualified pipeline.
Why join Purple?

We’re all about development, and embedded within the business is the value of know your stuff, keep learning, which means we support our people to continuously develop their knowledge and skills. You really won’t regret taking the next step in your career by helping turn the world Purple!
What you will do
- Own and grow Purple's direct relationship with each wireless networking vendor (excluding Cisco), – becoming Purple's trusted point of contact within their alliance, channel, and product teams.
- Ensure Purple are listed, certified, and well positioned within each vendor's partner program, marketplace, and technical ecosystem.
- Identify, engage, and onboard the resellers and partners who sell each vendor's equipment, and build relationships with their partner reps.
- Support the sales team in building one-to-one relationships with partner reps, helping source and close joint opportunities.
- Develop and maintain partner enablement materials – pricing, product positioning, and sales collateral – tailored to each vendor's ecosystem.
- Work with Product and Engineering to represent vendor and partner feedback, keeping Purple's integrations aligned with each vendor's roadmap.
- Track vendor and partner relationship health and pipeline, and report regularly on progress and commercial impact.
- Represent Purple at vendor and partner events, webinars, and conferences.
- As new manufacturers join Purple's ecosystem, take ownership of building that vendor relationship from scratch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
