Leverton Search is partnering with a highly respected global equities boutique to appoint a senior distribution leader at Partner or Managing Director level.
The firm is known for a long-term investment philosophy, a differentiated active approach and a genuine commitment to sustainable investing. The remit is global; an established European network is the starting point.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading capital raising across the firm's active public equity strategies
- Setting and executing the business development plan across the UK and Europe and EMEA
- Building trusted relationships with institutional investors including pension funds, endowments, charities, foundations and their consultants
- Representing the firm externally as its senior voice, becoming a trusted adviser to clients
- Working closely with the investment team and senior leadership to shape client strategy and long-term growth

We're looking for someone who offers:
- 15+ years' experience in institutional business development within investment management
- Deep experience selling active equity strategies
- A demonstrable track record of raising assets and winning new mandates within qualities equity
- An established European institutional network, with the credibility to open doors beyond it
- The ability to articulate sophisticated investment strategies to experienced allocators and hold the technical conversation
- A consultative, strategic approach and the standing to engage senior investment professionals and C-suite stakeholders
- Genuine conviction on responsible investing and sustainable capital allocation
