Partner Marketing Executive
Smarttech247 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise-grade Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services to organisations globally. We’re hiring a Partner Marketing Executive to take ownership of partner and alliance marketing activity. Working closely with the Head of Alliances and marketing and sales teams, you will plan and deliver joint campaigns, partner events and partner marketing programmes that generate engagement, opportunities and pipeline.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with excellent English communication skills, strong organisational ability and the confidence to take ownership of key marketing activities.
We strongly prefer candidates with previous experience in cybersecurity or B2B technology marketing who can quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into engaging, commercially focused campaigns.

Travel: Travel may be required for events
Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute marketing activity with Smarttech247’s strategic partners. This includes joint campaign planning, partner events, co-branded assets, MDF management (funding), sales enablement and reporting on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Core responsibilities include:
- Partner & alliance marketing: Work closely with the Head of Alliances to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with key strategic partners, including MDF planning and management, co-branded content, events and demand generation activities.
- Event marketing & management: Research, plan and execute industry events, conferences, partner events and hosted experiences. Manage logistics end-to-end including venues, vendors, branding, promotions and follow-up.
- Event strategy & optimisation: Identify high-value events aligned to target markets, evaluate ROI, and continuously improve event performance and lead generation outcomes.
- Sales enablement (events): Collaborate with the sales team to support event attendance, including pre-event outreach, meeting coordination, booth support and post-event follow-up to maximise pipeline impact.
- Joint campaign execution: Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (email, digital, social and events) aligned to business priorities and partner initiatives.
- Email marketing: Own and execute targeted email campaigns, including event invitations, follow-ups and nurture workflows.
- Social media: Support promotion of campaigns and events across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, working with the wider marketing team on content and scheduling.
- HubSpot execution: Build and manage workflows and campaign tracking, including event and partner campaign segmentation, attendance tracking and CRM data hygiene. Develop reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, pipeline impact and ROI.
- Analytics and pipeline reporting: Track campaign and event performance using GA4 and HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate effectively with internal teams (sales, alliances, marketing) and external partners, vendors and agencies.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales and partner teams, as well as external suppliers and event vendors. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will be measured through partner campaign delivery, event attendance, partner engagement, meetings generated, partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, campaign ROI and MDF use.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in field, partner or event marketing.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Proven experience organising and managing events (in-person and virtual).
- Experience with HubSpot (reports, dashboards, emails).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous experience in cybersecurity or B2B tech is strongly preferred.
Bonus Points For
- Creative or design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Experience managing conferences or large-scale industry events.
- Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or partner marketing teams.
- Understanding partner ecosystems and co-marketing strategies.
