Are you a partner marketer whose as comfortable advising partner executives on strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to get campaigns into market?

My client is a fast-growing cloud-based content management platform, award-winning B2B SaaS business, named on the Inc. They are looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across their EMEA partner ecosystem, a mix of referral and reseller partners. You'll co-build strategic marketing plans with top-tier partners and turn them into real activity in market: joint campaigns, localised assets on the partner portal, co-marketing programmes and MDF that delivers measurable pipeline.

This is a genuine step up for a hands-on partner or channel marketer who is ready to own a region's partner strategy as well as its execution, with scope to grow into a broader international remit

Location: Remote 1st but will need to travel to London for meetings and across EMEA for company & partner events

Salary: £95,000 – £100,000 plus benefits

THE PARTNER MARKETING LEAD ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Partner with channel leadership to identify and prioritise EMEA focus partners, then co-develop partner-specific marketing plans that translate commercial commitments into tactics and pipeline targets
  • Get joint activity into market: proactively drive co-marketing programmes, webinars, events and campaigns with partners rather than waiting for partners to bring ideas to you
  • Work alongside the demand generation team to create the partner version of regional campaigns, so key campaigns have a partner-ready equivalent
  • Localise campaigns and build a library of self-serve campaign assets (messaging briefs, product positioning, competitive intelligence), activating them for partners through the partner portal (Unifyr)
  • Administer the EMEA MDF programme, including partner requests, approvals, budget tracking and reporting, and feed regional insight into the wider MDF strategy
  • Own regional partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline reporting, working with Marketing Ops on attribution and holding partners accountable to jointly agreed plans
  • Act as the connective point between Channel, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, Events and Marketing Ops so partners receive timely, coordinated communications
  • Make sure partners are integrated into broader marketing motions across content, demand gen and brand initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE IDEAL PARTNER MARKETING LEAD WILL HAVE:

  • 6–10+ years' B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in partner, channel, alliances or ecosystem marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud, legal tech or enterprise technology
  • EMEA-wide experience, not just the UK, with a track record of growing partner activity in new markets across the region
  • A solid understanding of marketing through referral partners, as well as reseller/channel models
  • Experience developing joint business or marketing plans with external partners and holding them accountable to pipeline commitments
  • A proven record as a hands-on individual contributor: building campaigns and partner assets yourself and getting joint activity into market
  • A clear pipeline focus: comfortable with attribution, pipeline data and ROI reporting, and able to show how your campaigns drove partner-sourced pipeline
  • Experience running a formal, scaled partner programme through a partner portal/PRM (Unifyr a bonus), plus familiarity with MDF programmes, CRM, marketing automation and ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam or Reveal
  • A proactive, get-it-done approach: you work through blockers and influence stakeholders rather than waiting for permission
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, credible with partner executives and internal leaders alike
  • Legal tech, LPMS or ISV partner experience, APAC exposure or a second European language would be a plus
