Role Summary

Under the leadership of the Sr. Director – Field and Partner Marketing, we are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to help drive the success of the Velotic Partner Network. This role is critical to Velotic’s revenue focus with Partners and is responsible for ensuring our global network of resellers and system integrators can successfully execute marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand, and influence bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • MDF Budget Oversight & Administration: Review channel marketing proposals, evaluate against marketing priorities and competing requests, allocate funds against proposals
  • Partner Marketing Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the latest messaging and campaign collaterals, marketing best practices for campaign execution, and preferred vendors where required
  • Event Support: Coordinate messaging, speaker logistics, and internal collaboration for partner events and webinars
  • Partner Marketing Assets: Maintain library of brand assets, campaign collaterals, and sales enablement materials and ensure partner access to these resources on the portal
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Drive accountability against defined KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years in channel marketing or similar roles
  • Experience with channel portals, marketing campaign execution, and event management
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and able to execute in fast-paced environments
  • Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) familiarity preferred
  • Mindtickle Revenue Enablement familiarity preferred
